A nice affordable hotel that is close to everything, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were large enough to be comfortable for 2 people and a child. Sitting within walking distance of Eastlands you are close to the shopping centre there as well as the grocery store and cinema.

Lovely location and beautiful view of the city. Quiet and peaceful. Only negative was we arrived early afternoon and we only had 2 tea bags. A few more would’ve been nice as we were travellers. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

A classic motel with really comfy beds. It’s next to a large reserve which is great for a morning run/walk.

Views that can only be described as simply breathtaking, and great hosts in Grant and Bill. If you don’t know where to go, or how to get there, Be alarmed but not afraid. Bill and Grants knowledge will help you. Love the place.

Enjoyed our stay in City View, lives up to its name as you can see city view, by night absolutely.
Didn’t do breakfast as had own in room, everything was provided so that we could have our own meals in room

I had originally booked at a different Motel but after some online research discovered that my stay at the City View would be cheaper. I’m so glad I switched to the City View. Brilliant value for money. Clean, comfortable and Grant was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him. I will be definitely staying again in the near future. Family friendly. Beautiful views. Close to the city and Eastlands etc. Comfortable bed – best sleep I have had in years. Everything I wanted in a hotel/motel at a great price. Thanks Grant. I will highly recommend the City View to everyone. I will be staying at the City View for all my future stays.

Quiet, cosy, comfortable…well supplied, washing machines and dryers and very welcoming. Missed access road first time finding it but that was our fault. We should have read the details provided. 🙂
